IMPERION3D ("we", "us", "our") designs and manufactures custom and made-to-order 3D-printed automotive accessories. By placing an order through this website, you ("you", "the customer") agree to these Terms of Service.
Our products are designed to fit specific vehicle makes, models, and model years as listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to confirm your vehicle's compatibility before ordering. Minor variations in fit may occur due to manufacturing tolerances inherent to 3D printing and differences between individual vehicles, even within the same listed model.
Our parts are interior accessories and are not safety-rated or crash-tested components. They are not intended to replace, modify, or interfere with any factory safety system (airbags, sensors, structural elements, etc.). You are responsible for verifying a part does not obstruct or interfere with any vehicle system before installation.
Custom or one-off designs are created based on the information, measurements, or reference photos you provide. We will share a quote and, where applicable, a design preview before printing. Once you approve a custom design and printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded except as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
All prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping until calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and verified.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected delivery country at a flat regional rate. Estimated delivery times (7–10 days domestic, 14–21 days international) are estimates only and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMPERION3D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or misuse of our products, including but not limited to vehicle damage resulting from improper installation. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
