1. What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we (and our payment processor, Stripe) collect:

2. How we use it

• To process and fulfil your order, including manufacturing, packaging, and shipping.
• To communicate with you about your order (confirmations, shipping updates, support).
• To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Who we share it with

We share order data only with the service providers needed to fulfil it, or that you've agreed to via cookie consent:

• Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Netlify — website hosting and the backend functions that process orders.
• Google Analytics — site usage analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (see section 4).

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

4. Cookies

We use cookies only for analytics, and only after you accept them via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set.

We retain order records (name, contact details, shipping address, order contents) for as long as needed to fulfil legal, tax, and accounting obligations, typically up to 7 years. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data, where we are not legally required to retain it.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

7. Security

Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure. Order data we store ourselves is kept on Netlify's infrastructure and is not publicly accessible.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
